Highpointe Highlights & Reminders

Dear Highpointe Residents,

Welcome! Here is your August 7th maintenance update, community reminders, and highlights to help keep you informed about what’s happening around Highpointe.

**The Highpointe off will be closed Tuesday, August 11th for a mandatory manager workshop**

We are excited to announce that PS Management is sponsoring a Back-to-School Supply Drive to help students in our client communities start the new school year with the supplies they need to succeed! ✏️🍎

Please see the attached flyer, which includes a QR code for the school supply drive. Donations may be dropped off at either of the following locations or purchased through the Amazon Wish List linked in the flyer.

Maintenance Updates

Scheduled Tree Maintenance Locations: Starting Monday, August 10th through Friday, August 14th, the arborist team will be performing scheduled tree work throughout the community. They will begin work after 9:00 a.m. each day to help avoid adding to the increased traffic associated with the start of the school year.

🌿Stone River & Cool Springs

- Prune and remove several large stubs extending over the fence and walkway. 🪵Indian Grass Cove

- Remove dead trees near the wall to ground level. 🌳Open Sky & Cool Springs

- Prune one oak tree to improve visibility of the stop sign. 🌲Park at Silver Bell & Blazing Star

- Remove a dead tree located near the street. 🌿Native Area at Daisy Path & Cool Springs

- Prune trees to improve tree health. 🚏Sidewalk Behind the Bus Stop

- Prune the Live Oak tree to improve pedestrian clearance and tree health. Landscape Maintenance Reminder (Preparing for the School Year): With the start of the school year approaching, it is a great time for homeowners to evaluate their landscape and complete any needed maintenance. A community reminder regarding landscape maintenance expectations and safety considerations will be sent out next week.

Gate Repair Update: The Board met with one additional gate vendor this week regarding the needed track repair, track replacement, and replacement of the operating/power bank. The Board will review the proposals and provide Management with direction on the next steps.

Fitness Center Equipment Update: The treadmill’s programming system has been repaired and is now fully operational.

Pedestrian Gate Lock Update: All proposals have been obtained for the necessary repairs to the pedestrian gate. The Board will review the proposals and provide Management with direction on the next steps.

Pool Shower Update

We are pleased to share that the issue with the pool shower has finally been diagnosed, and I have approved the proposal for the repair needed. The repair is pending as the parts had to be ordered. Estimated delivery is August 23rd.

Pool Bathroom Door Update

Management is currently obtaining proposals for replacements to both the men's and women's restroom doors in the pool area.
