NOTICE - no water at the Amenity Center and gate repairs
Good Evening, Due to weather conditions and a leak in the playground bathrooms, the water has been shut off until the plumbers can arrive tomorrow.
Due to weather conditions and a leak in the playground bathrooms, the water has been shut off until the plumbers can arrive tomorrow. Please do not use bathrooms at the Amenity Center as the water is off. As soon as the plumber has completed the restroom repair, we will notify the community the water is back on.
The entry gate blew a fuse and then the track froze. The fuse has been replaced, and the power will be restored as the track is clear of ice.
Emerald Heights gate was damaged today by a vehicle due to the icy roads. The gate is and will remain in the open position until repair to the gate is completed.
Please, drive safely as you venture out on the icy roads.
The management office will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
