Stage 2 Watering Restrictions Now in Effect
As of March 27, 2026, the West Travis County Public Utility Agency (WTCPUA) has implemented Stage 2 Watering Restrictions to help preserve our water supply and stabilize the system.
Irrigation demand is currently very high, and our storage tanks are still recovering from Tuesday night’s outage. To avoid additional outages and potential boil water notices, it is critical that customers reduce usage and follow the updated watering schedule. It takes cooperation from our customers to ensure there is enough water for everyone. If we can reduce consumption through the weekend, we should be able to move back toward normal operations.
With community-wide cooperation, we expect to stabilize the system and return to normal operations soon.
